Chief Odun’ Fadoju, is an experienced marketing communication practitioner with over 25years experience. He is the founding CEO and Executive Director at FCB DP Partnership, Lagos Nigeria. He is also a Director of FCB BrandFirst, the Media Agency of FCB DP Partnership.

He left the academic environment in 1989 as an Assistant Lecturer in Logic and Metaphysics at the University of Ife, Ife Nigeria to join PAL Advertising Ltd, Yaba, Lagos Nigeria as a Management Trainee. He started very well at PAL Advertising where he worked on Nigeria’s biggest financial institution: First Bank Plc as the Account Manager and was part of the team that repositioned the bank with the tag line: “First Bank…truly the first.”

He worked on other local brands like International Breweries, Ilesha, Target Cigarettes amongst others. Chief Fadoju worked in many more advertising agencies where he garnered experiences on brands on the staple of P&G Nigeria (Always Sanitary Pad, Vicks Lemon Plus and Vicks Blue), Philips, Mars Chocolate, and many more. Chief Fadoju resigned his appointment as Managing Director of Sunrise DMB & B Ltd, Ikeja Lagos in 2003 to team up with other investors to established DP Partnership.

As the CEO of FCB DP Partnership, he has led several successful Pan African campaigns which are highly successful that moved brands from bran zero to become category leaders. Some of these brands are Honeywell Noodles, Honeywell Semolina, Titus Sardines, PinPop, SoKlin, GoodMama Detergents, Techno Oil and many more.

Chief Fadoju is amongst the very first set of registered advertising practitioner with Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) in May 1992 with registration no 0168. He was a Council Member of APCON in 2002. He has been actively involved in policy development and education training of young advertising practitioners with APCON in the last 15 years.

Chief Fadoju is also very active with involve with Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN). He has worked in various committees of AAAN and also as a Council Member of AAAN in the last 20 years.
